教授如何針對使用者需求建立具吸引力、快速且容易使用的網頁應用程式。使用輕量 ArcGIS Web Mapping APIs 連結內部或外部 ArcGIS Server Web Services 建立網頁應用程式。可選擇使用 ArcGIS API for Flex，ArcGIS API for JavaScript 或 ArcGIS API for Microsoft Silverlight / WPF 完成實作練習。

GIS 分析者及使用 GIS 資料製作網頁應用程式提供組織內非 GIS 部門或一般使用者使用之單位。

建議學員先修畢 ISRV，或有 ArcGIS 軟體操作經驗者。

• 選擇適合的網頁開發環境。
• 編輯用於基本圖（basemap）及操作圖層（operational layers）的高效能地圖服務。
• 設計有效率、可查詢、編輯之應用程式。
• 建立包含地理處理功能（geoprocessing functionality）之應用程式。
• 利用 esri樣版或預設網頁快速建立網頁應用程式。
